Thanks everyone! We ended up going to IronClad in Troy & it was great! We called DV8 & Bluez (used them before but won't do anyone under 16 for what we wanted) & Black Rose. Mike Moore at IronClad is SO professional, SO friendly, informative, SO sterile, surgical grade everything, no clamps, no blood, no pain. It was fabulous. Made Riley very comfortable & relaxed. Would drive out there again in a heartbeat. He only does piercings & has over 12 years experience. All the other places also come with great reviews & recommendations. Ran into age restrictions at most of them though. Thanks for all the help guys!
