Therapy is nonsense. The only thing I ever learned from therapy is that they don’t do anything and you can only help yourself, which is easier when you stop dwelling on your problems by talking about them all the time. The talking cure only works for women.

It took me a long time to find Jay Seigel. I was balancing on a very precarious edge. As well as being a therapist he’s an APRN he brought me from the brink of despair to a normal life, which hadn’t been normal in over 20 years. He has two offices, one in New London and one in Madison. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone, Adult, child, male or female. He is wonderful.
