My shirt from veganessentials.com was $36, including shipping costs. I live in Sweden. Easy, fast and cheap. (You can find my earlier post where I show the shirt) I'm also looking for more fun vegan shirts! :)

Veganessentials.com... but if you don't live in the US it's a no unless you don't have to pay extra charges. If I got one I would have to pay $35 on top of the actual shirt I wanted :(
Hello! I'm looking for recommendations for affordable yoga classes for beginners. Thanks!
Katie S. replied:
https://www.facebook.com/317364066203 Saffron Yoga Center charges on a sliding scale, $10-$18, you pay what you can. They also have a great beginner's class on Monday nights. I took my mom a few times, who had never done yoga, and she loved it!

Another vote for https://www.facebook.com/1428362547384595 Healium Hot Yoga - I actually teach a basic flow class that is for beginners every Monday at 6 pm. And yes, the first two weeks are $30 for unlimited classes. Come tonight! :) Also... The non heated slow flow and yin classes would be good for a beginner too.
Lili D. replied:
BV Community Center also has a reasonable class .

The Milwaukee rec department has classes at https://www.facebook.com/670589839664934 Beulah Brinton - Milwaukee Recreation that are great and really affordable.
Angeline V. replied:
Milwaukee Rec Dept - gentle yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 7 pm, I think.@Beulah Brinton. Excellent instructor and affordable. The space isn't the greatest, but the location is good.
Lynsey J. replied:
I think for like $28 you can get 2 weeks of unlimited classes at Healium Hot Yoga. That way you can try out different classes to see what you like. I love them!

The Beulah Brinton center has cheap classes. A friend of mine went and said it was good.
Tj F. replied:
The y and golds gym actually include classes in the monthly fee. Milwaukee rec (milwaukeerecreation.net) is about $27 for 5-7 classes - they've got a variety.
Mary G. replied:
Shawn Selk is $10/class which I think is about average. Classes through Milw. Rec are less expensive. Agree that there is such a wide range of instructors in the area. I think most places would allow you to try a class so you can get the 'feel' of it yourself.
Laura H. replied:
I teach yoga at Beulah Brinton (Milwaukee Recreation). You cannot beat the price. Some classes are small, some big, depending on the time and day. But it is a great setting, not intimidating at all. Or you could try Saffron. They operate on a sliding scale, $5-15, and are wonderful.

Anytime Fitness in Cudahy is on Packard Ave. 24 hr, clean, and people are really friendly.
Tj F. replied:
I like that bay view fitness has a few different fitness gurus working there independently, it's just too pricy for me and too far away. I'm thinking while ShapeUp Shoppe has some great classes it's probably more expensive than I'm willing to pay, but I'll check it out anyway. I get a discount at work for the Y, but that only brings it down from "omg expensive" to "wow. that's way more than I was planning" especially with classes. Planet Fitness seems intersting, and while I've heard Blast can be gross, it's still the most convenient for me. Snap isn't very convenient for me, and frankly, I *hate* the windows.
Kirsten S. replied:
Betsy, Blast Fitness is on Layton but I kinda wonder about the cleanliness. I checked it out for a week and witnessed tons of room leaks plus the machines are right next to each other.....not much personal space. Planet Fitness is nice... Location downtown and on 27 th. 24 hr, very clean, big, they have free fitness training, and super cheap $10 month.
Looking for a semi-beginner friendly/wallet friendly yoga studio in riverwest, east side or possibly downtown! Classes need to be after 5 pm. Thanks ☺️
