There are a few options in OEM 185/70/13. Just bought a set from Discount Tire. Kumho Solus TA11. Just came out. Pretty good tires so far.... And I don't drive my 7 easy.

These are 400 treadwear street tires. But have a T speed rating (114 mph) sooooooo Dont play around over that or they stand a real chance of failing in a glorious manner. I got these from my buddies tire shop for cheap, but they do fine for everyday driving Primewell p5850 185/70 r13 maybe $30 each i paid

If you want sticky street tires, go with Federal SS595 in 205/60R13. If you want sticky track tires, go with Toyo R888 or RA1 in 185/60R13 or 205/60R13. If you want all seasons, you have plenty of crap tires to choose from but I wouldn't bother running any of them.
