Ted Roseen teaches classes sometimes. Really though, most yoga classes will address what you're aiming to fix. Ashtanga helps me a lot.

Also. It is helpful to labor in positions other than your back. When you labor on your back, gravity causes your pelvis to collapse more. Laboring upright or on hands and knees is good. (Squatting is good too, helps open the pelvis.) A chiropractor would be helpful too. And check out www.spinningbabies.com to make sure baby is in the best position for birth.

I go to Yoga Center in SLP. If you take the parkway from N. Mpls, it takes you right there and is a perfect drive to put you in the mood or relax afterward.

Laura Brown Dog Paddleboard. Kim Thomas is the instructor, she is awesome! I posted her card with her info. They have a class at 845 am on Sunday on Lake Olson, right by my house. You can rent a board or use mine. I work next weekend.
