Any recommendations for dog groomers in the Molalla area? Larger dog, lots of hair! Thanks!

I have only taken my small dog to Premier Paw Spa once, but I really liked the groomer and my Yorkie looked great.

Donielle at Premiere Paw Spa is very good with nervous dogs. We go there because they hate their nails trimmed and she has a very soothing affect on our dogs

Dog groomer recommendations and average pricing? I do NOT want her hair cut at all, just a little pampering which every girl needs :)

Susan B. replied:
Premiere Paw is the one on Vaughan Road. There is also the new one that just opened on Center Street for the stressful dogs. When one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk we took him to the Grooming Barn's self wash. It was a stressful time for us all, and the Grooming Barn helped us bathe him and showed us how to apply 3 different products to get the stink out. I thought that was going above and beyond.
Susan B. replied:
There was an article in the paper just recently about the care she gives. I can't recall the name of the business. She has a calming affect on the dogs who are fearful. The Grooming Barn is set up for self wash. Its very nice and easy on your back. You just put them in a tub that's at your level. It was very nice because I give them baths at home and can hardly stand up straight afterwards. I am going to try Premiere Paw this year. I don't know if our adopted dogs have ever been to a groomer. Will need some reassurances
Susan B. replied:
Premier Paw sells toys and treats too

I'm so sorry, our golden doodle 5 years ago started at Clackamas Petco, until they opened their own place.. highly recommend and affordable when maintaining doodles.. only 15 mins from a OC not too bad from Molalla..https://www.facebook.com/Mudpuppiesgrooming/

If you want the best and are willing to travel, Steve Sonya Shields Amy Tobar or Candice Batson at Amy's pet grooming in aurora. No one else I trust with our girls
Karen F. replied:
Paw spa Donielle Vieke-Lowrie has done my we sties for 12 years
I highly recommend Kristy Hodgkinson with safe and sound as well!! I have an old Shepard/chow mix with a horrendous undercoat. She groomed him 6 wks ago, he still smells good and still is not shedding!!
Are there any dog groomers in town? Must treat dogs well.
Jodi H. replied:
Grooming at Tiffani's on Center Avenue or Premier Paw Spa on Vaughan road. Only two around I've heard only positive things about...any others have been mixed reviews.
