I would never use anyone other than Dick Davis at Davis Carpet & Upholstery. 794-7993 Monroe family. He did an amazing job on our rental carpets that were nasty. They looked *almost* brand new! In the past I also used Carsten. The process he uses is entirely different, its more like a buffer. I thought he was a very nice man, but I didn't feel the carpets looked that great when he was done. Like I said, i'll only use Dick Davis from now on.:) Hope that helps!

Traci Greenough Ellis, no Davis is not expensive. If you call they will give you an estimate - call anytime (they will answer in the evening). They also will charge what they tell you - no hidden fees and everything is included (with exception of pet damage, etc). Others will try to up charge you once they are there. 360-794-7993

Davis (Shelley Davis Pack is their daughter) is local and in Monroe. Since Denyse Foss Hutchinson's request went unanswered for a day or so, I didn't edit the recommendations, tho:). Honestly, Rug Doctor rented at Fred Meyer. While none of the places we've tried have been local (mostly Groupon deals), we always see the dirt come back after awhile. We used the Rug Doctor and it turned out great! But, if you don't want to do it yourself, I have heard good things from people on here about Davis Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning like Shelley mentioned.
