Have heard great things about them, I however use Anderson Fireplace and Spa from Smokey point, also have a showroom in Everett! John the tech keeps our gas fireplace in repair and is honest! We have an old gas woodtove type fireplace. Good luck and let me know how it goes. Our last repair was $220.cleaned replaced some parts and relit!
