Does anyone know a good way to test for placement in math and english? Caden is seeming to find most kindergarten and preschool books too easy.

Ixl.com has grade level math skills listed out. You can do a limited number and see all the categories without paying for anything. With English, I think you just have to see what he knows and go from there.
I'm the 2's teacher at Sonshine Preschool! We have some amazing teachers and faculty. ;) That being said, Monroe has really great preschools. My recommendation is that you tour multiple schools to see which is the right fit for your family. Classes fill up quickly and registration begins in February for next year. If you're interested in touring our school and to see if there are current openings for this school year, our # is 360.794.7953. We are located at First Baptist Church across from the hospital. You can also check our Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/Sonshine-Preschool-204240652946919/ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions as well! :)

Monroe Christian is wonderful, and goes through 8 th grade, so you can stay with the same school, and the kids develop friendships that last! Monroechristianpreschool.org
Recommendation for preschool in Monroe? Looking for pre-k 4yo, hoping to work around older sibling's school schedule as well. TIA!
Molly D. replied:
Monroe Christian School is awesome! For pre-k, it's Mon, Wed, and Fri from 8:30-11:30. Tuition is $2282 per year, and you can divide it up into 9, 10, or 12 month payments...makes it as low as $190 per month!
