The pupillary distance is actually not recorded on file unless you actually buy glasses. This measurement is not necessary for the eye exam. Only for making glasses. Craig Craig McPherson

The best one on the West Island is Oasis Optical on St Charles Call Alfred 514 695 0020 They are excellent and are with Guardian Association. If you have a membership with www.guardianassociation.ca You will save money as well.

Any place you go for an exam they are obligated to give you the prescription. They might try not to or to make you feel bad but at the end they are obligated to give it to you. If you want good glasses at a good price you should go to Lunetterie Boregard.
Does anybody know where optometrist Dr. Homier works - now that Zeidel and Pinsky moved from Fairview?

Dr. Pinsky kept his telephone number when he moved. Perhaps Dr. Homier did the same. If not you could possible stop at LensCrafter in Fairview and ask the Manager.

I just walked into a Greiche and Scaff in Carrefour Angrignon and got mine done for 65$; it's cheaper elsewhere but they could take me right away. Measured my own PD though.
