Just used Service Masters yesterday and they are great! They are fully insured and use environmentally friendly products and their equipments are outstanding. Hardly any strong odor and the carpet dried in a couple hours.

Another company cancelled on us literally the last 5 mins prior to arrival because they didn't like the owners of the house not even verifying who the owners were. Jill and Chad were able to squeeze us in the very next morning and did a phenomenal job. Definitely highly recommend them.

If it helps any I just called Montrose Carpet Cleaning about a week ago and they quoted me 27 cents per sq ft, for stairs $1 per stair. Min of $85, that usually covers 300-400 sq ft.
