I am going to do a blood draw for pregnancy testing on my Does, and I have never done it before. Do many people do these or does anyone have any alternate suggestions...

The gold standard in testing is Washington State University. Once a year is usually considered sufficient. You can pull the blood ans send it off yourself or you can have your vet do it. In the DFW area I highly recommend our vet, Thompson Veterinary Services. He's mobile and extremely knowledgeable regarding goats.
