I do most of my shopping online with jet, I get spelt, kamut, teff, wild rice, spices. Brazil and walnuts I've found at Whole Foods along with approved grains. Fruits and veggies I shop at aldi. Aldi will surprise you, find a decent one. They have agave, dates, spices. Key lime I also found at Walmart and then when I can afford to splurge I go to the mustard seed. I'm still learning also hit up the west side market and the Hispanic/West Indian stores. Certain things like burro bananas and sour sop I haven't found yet but they could be there. And welcome back!
