No, but the best group x fitness studio is Brickhouse Cardio Club in Surfside. Not sure if you are looking for machines or group x. Zumba, TurboKick, yoga etc...

I do Zumba Monday nights at the Murrells Inlet Community Center at 5:30 $3 (they also have morning classes-great instructor, classes (yoga, circuit training, etc.) at Wicked Fitness (no contracts), and pay $10 for the basic plan at Planet Fitness for when there are no classes to go to.
