Cramer, not sure if this is any help but after my back surgery (at Southeast Spine Institute in Mount Pleasant), I was sent to a physical therapist in MB. Can't remember the name, but if you were to call Southeast Spine Institute they would probably give you the name of the therapist they use in Myrtle Beach.... 1 · Sep 26
