I use a travel pillow on top of my pillow to raise my head. I have GERD. Its bad acid reflux. I take prescription protinix. Does awesome. Dr Schecker is a great allergist. Strand Regional Specialists have good neurologists. Have seen McCaffery and Benjamin. On 82 nd ave.
