I had the exact same thing happen to me. Had it in both feet and it was miserable! I went to the Doctor's Care Walk-in Clinic in Surfside and the dr. gave me a Cortisone shot in my heel and a day or so later, I was pain free! That was about 5 months ago and it's just starting to come back so I'll be headed there again soon for another shot

Hi. I'm a massage therapist (also PF flare ups) I always recommend rolling on a frozen water bottle or even can soup. I do medicupping at Celestial Spa in MB on 21 st ave N. My clients( and myself) have gotten great relief from this therapy. Let me know if I can help. I know the pain.:(

Check out comprehensive PT on Glenn’s bay road. Most Drs will send you to Physical Therapy and you don’t need to see a Dr to go to Therapy in SC. Just set up an appt.

Thanks so much everyone! I actually was able to get an appt with Dr. Sprinkle. I think I have come to the conclusion that the most difficult part of relocating, especially after 65, is finding new doctors.
