I had the exact same thing happen to me. Had it in both feet and it was miserable! I went to the Doctor's Care Walk-in Clinic in Surfside and the dr. gave me a Cortisone shot in my heel and a day or so later, I was pain free! That was about 5 months ago and it's just starting to come back so I'll be headed there again soon for another shot

Hi. I'm a massage therapist (also PF flare ups) I always recommend rolling on a frozen water bottle or even can soup. I do medicupping at Celestial Spa in MB on 21 st ave N. My clients( and myself) have gotten great relief from this therapy. Let me know if I can help. I know the pain.:(

Check out comprehensive PT on Glenn’s bay road. Most Drs will send you to Physical Therapy and you don’t need to see a Dr to go to Therapy in SC. Just set up an appt.
Can anyone recommend a really good podiatrist in the South Strand?

Thanks so much everyone! I actually was able to get an appt with Dr. Sprinkle. I think I have come to the conclusion that the most difficult part of relocating, especially after 65, is finding new doctors.

I like Dr.Keefer at Coastal Podiatry. There are other Drs in office also. Have office in Myrtle and on Thursday have office in Surfside
I suffered for 2,years with a bad toe. Myers Podiatry misdiagnosed me. Two Drs at Coastal butchered my toe. The third doc not only figured out the problem, but fixed it without the pain caused by the other 3 Drs. He's compassionate and smart - Dr. Keefer - luv him.
Any suggestion for a podiatrist? Will need foot surgery. Thanks in advance!

My husband just started with Carolina Foot Health, Dr. Roy Sprinkle. He was referred on this site. We both love him. He is doing my husbands surgery in a couple of weeks.
