I had the exact same thing happen to me. Had it in both feet and it was miserable! I went to the Doctor's Care Walk-in Clinic in Surfside and the dr. gave me a Cortisone shot in my heel and a day or so later, I was pain free! That was about 5 months ago and it's just starting to come back so I'll be headed there again soon for another shot

Dr. Greer!!! He was the first doctor I’ve met that saw me as a person not a file. My first surgery was performed by Coastal Ortho and when I went back 6 months later to tell them I was still bothered by it, they told me I was imagining it and essentially I needed to just walk it off. I went to Dr. Greer and he diagnosed me within about 30 minutes and had me in surgery the very next week. I healed in a 1/4 of the time and my leg is twice as strong bc the physical therapy he recommended.
