Grand Strand Humane Society. They have clinics every week. $10 for rabies shots and such and they will nuter/spay the cats as well. If you go to their website it will tell you the prices.

Myrtle beach Manor is hiring I do believe. Also, River Oaks Condos is a good place to look to rent. As for a house. ..There are several in the north side of the city (which I recommend) but you would probably have to be here to be able to get a hold of the owners.
