I go to Ada Vision Center on State St. I think their number is 336-2020. Both doctors are good (Todd Noble, Amber Simonson). It's a new building right across from Westside Drive-In.

I know you said Nampa, but I just went to Vision One in Boise and they were amazing! Found things that James Dean should have found yeeears ago and never did (that's who I went to when I was younger).
