My daughter went to Neil Tobin at the OC orthodontics palmerston north she had overcrowding but he doesn't like to extract teeth unless absolutely necessary. He did a fantastic job with her teeth. Not sure if this helps. All the best. ..

June at Omahu Dental in Hastings is great - calming and friendly. I'm unsure about payments but their fees are very reasonable.

I've heard Smile Haus in Havelock North are brilliant

More than likely ACC, a dentist can let you know but the Lumino Dentist on the corner of Coventry Ave Tamatea are only approx $109 for X-rays and check up etc. They also have a Q card availability and at the moment dental work over $300 is 30 months interest free

Clive Sq dentists are awesome. Most will let you pay off if you ask but I agree should be covered by acc it was an accident.

You could always visit your dentist first for some advice Aesthetic dental in Hastings are great as are The smile centre just in case there's something going on with that tooth. I work for Hawkesbay ortho the cost of a consult is 155 to 280 for adults and it really depends on what needs to be done sometimes a plate can work or you may need braces Andy or Kirsty would love to see you

Totally recommend Garth Forbes at Dental on Raffles Napier, can pay off and he is very gentle, he wont start the work until mouth is totally numb xx

Parkside In Napier are lovely, have sent a couple of friends there with Dental Phobia and they were awesome...

Parkside Dental. I have a fair bit of anxiety about the dentist too and she was so amazing and followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was. Very well priced too.

Deco dental by the Masonic in town are amazing, I'm a chicken and they let me play my iPod which really helps

Not sure where you are living but I've found Omahu Road dental awesome. I've a phobia of dentists myself. Used to go to Parkside who again were amazing but had to find somewhere nearer home with my not driving and hubby back working in hastings. June Fraser is fantastic. An appt with her is $30. You may be lucky to get assistance of WINZ if your feeling brave (sorry but hate that place ) if so June can give you a treatment plan to take to them. We had to pay ourselves as on two wages but you can work thro it as needed no pressure. They're also open till 6 Monday and Tuesday. The dhb dental won't help unleashed you've a community service card. I have been told that Te Tewhenua GP practice (??spelling)have a dental service that's reasonable but I never looked into it in the end. Good luck xxx

Definetley dentist at Parkside ...I don't have a fear of dentists but even so I am pregnant an they were lovely ...I needed lots of work done tooth pulled root canal an 4 fillings ... .they constantly kept asking if I was OK an comfortable ...also reasonable prices .

I had a lifelong fear of dentists, so much so that I couldn't even wait in the waiting room without a complete panic attack. I was recommended to see Gwyn at Lumino Tennyson and she is so patient, gentle, and helped me conquer my fear.

Parkside dental. I hadn't been for near on 5 years and needed a major filling bordering a root canal just before Xmas and they were so patient and kind with me. They held my hand with the injections and gave my jaw a massage after so long of being open as I was getting a lock jaw!

I'm with Gwen at Lumino Dental in Napier and she is amazing! No subsidies but at least you know you're getting the right work done:)

Please go see Winton at Smile Haus in Havelock North......they are so kind and they actually make your trip to the dentist enjoyable ☺

I can definitely recommend Peak Dental. I have had a heap of work done, mostly on my front teeth and I have been astounded with the work and finish.

If you can get to Taradale Regan with The Dentist@4 Puketapu Road is awesome with anxious patients and fear of dentist phobias. Can't recommend him enough:)

The dental clinic at Havelock Intermediate are great, that's also were Plunket send them for there check ups. My boys I is 2 he has just been. The number is under the school in the phone book. Hope this helps.
