I used Ferris Home Improvements for a complete re-roof on my old townhouse. The sheathing was completely shot. They came out in the morning stripped the roof down to the trusses and had it completely finished and cleaned up by like 5-6 that afternoon. I think I paid like $7500. They also had a 25 year transferable warranty on materials and labor. I have no idea how well it is holding up. The roof needed to be replaced so I could sell. I moved less than 6 months after the roof was replaced.
