Cycle Sport at 5 points. They definitely will let you test ride bikes, just not inside the store. Highly recommended.

Wolf Cycles 4311 Lancaster Ave has been there for over 75 years. If you don't kind driving to the city, the prices are great and the staff extremely helpful. The prices will make the drive worth it.
