Frances Myers Try Chehalem Diversified, Inc. in Newberg. phone is 503.538.0337. They are an enginering firm that can design and are Professional Engineers that will stamp your plans. And help you go through the permitting process. Fee might be a little more reasonable for you. Let the owner know that I referred you please.

You might check out Winsome Construction in McMinnville. We met with them a couple years ago when we were thinking of building. We never ended up doing it, but they were pretty impressive. Green construction, very receptive to our ideas, and seemed very knowledgeable.
