The Maple Valley Market does excellent catering. The food is delicious and they are very proffesional. The chef who works at the Market also has a mostly back ground work doing caterings for weddings out of Clearwater Florida. The prices are very reasonable as well. Mark is the owner of the market but Steve does the caterings. Talk to either of those guys and you should be very happy.

You should check with Heather McCurdy ...she is with Green River College and events and they have tons of different options and you can bring your own caterer if you want I believe.
