The Newberg Fred Meyer has a receptacle in the food lobby next to the water machine. This is only for plastic grocery bags and they are recycled.

Fred Meyers has had a spot by the front door to the grocery section for recycling them too, but I like the reuse options.

The senior center and FISH reuse old bags for the produce and other the foods that are donated there. As well as Mustard Seed Farms in St. Paul (where the produce is donated from) the community garden reuses bags as well:)

Most grocery stores have a bin for plastic grocery sacks. Ask at the Customer Service desk.
