I called Meeker Electric but there was no answer. I ended up going with American Electric Service (first company that answered the phone). They had a tech at my house within thirty minutes, he fixed the issue right away and the bill was beautiful, far less than I expected. I love this town. Everyone is so awesome! Thanks for the suggestions!
