Never heard some one disappointed that saw her! She take her time, gets to the root of the issue love her! And her office is comfortable! I hate doctors offices and hers is so warm and inviting! Highly recommend... I believe Mom and dad have seen her when they went to a doctor as well. http://karakassay.com/m/

I would stay away from Bailey. My personal experience with him was horrible. Sherwood Family in Sherwood is good.
Carol M. replied:
I have gone to Dr. Bailey at Chehalem Medical Clinic for years. He and his staff are always helpful and never make you feel hurried.
Ellen W. replied:
I have NEVER had a problem at Villa med Clinic. I see Dr. Christie, and she is GREAT!!!
Bobbie A. replied:
Christie Schoppe at Villa Medical503-538-0411 or Dr Spensley from same office
Kari S. replied:
Margo Pipher at Virginia Garcia is amazing, she helped my mom with her lung cancer (well she directed my mom to specialists) and she is all about complete care of the inside and out! I know Virginia Garcia wasn't my first option, but since I got into Dr. Piphers office, I haven't second guess that office since. Plus she greets you with the warmest smiles and offers a hug instead of a handshake for a greeting.:) she's in McMinnville but she's totally worth the travel.
Suzanne T. replied:
Villa Medical Clinic in Newberg next to AutoZone.
Kari S. replied:
I'd have to disagree, I've had the best care in my entire life at Virginia Garcia, the providence system isn't the greatest, same with Villa. They aren't about the patient at all, they see you as a number. Dr. Pipher has made me actually feel comfortable with going to a doctor again, after an incident at Villa with a doctor giving me attitude over my wrist being sprained, I won't suggest them.
My husband's doctor retired several years ago and he was assigned to another doc in the area. We both are not impressed. Any recommendations for finding a new primary...
Kathleen T. replied:
We go to Sherwood Family Medicine. Across from Home Depot. Love them. Dr Carrie is our dr. And she's amazing but I'd feel comfortable with all of the providers.
Toby H. replied:
I use Dr. An Vu. He's located in the medical complexes behind Abby's pizza off of Villa. I like him a alot, but I honestly only go to the doctor once a year for an annual physical for work.
I'm new to Newberg and would love recommendations for a great primary doctor. Please throw in recommendations for your favorite dentists in town as well! Thank you!

Natalie S. replied:
Dr Leah or Dr Daniel at the Clover Clinic by Grocery Outlet. The care is exceptional & very skilled. I've been to a lot, and they are fabulous. Allergy, brain health, Primary, aunt accidents... I also like Dr Leslie Mitchell's office for dentistry .
Ok ladies... I need recommendations for a primary care doctor For myself. Not for anything specific. Just check ups & stuff. Also, must accept OHP. Thanks!
Michelle R. replied:
If Sherwood is an option, across the highway from Home Depot, I'd recommend Sherwood Family Medicine.. I absolutely loved all their doctors and the environment. My insurance changed to Kaiser so I am no longer there but would go back in a heartbeat. Best of luck to you, always difficult to find that right dr.
Teri A. replied:
Sean Stadtlander, excellent Doc, had him for 15 years, out of providence newberg hospital and has a clinic there. My insurance changed so I can't go to him and even though I live in Milwaukie now, I'd still make the trip.
Cathi A. replied:
Megan Chaffin at Prov Sherwood. She's wonderful.
Kristen S. replied:
If you are in Washington county, Sherwood Family Medicine is my number one choice. Good luck getting a good OHP doctor in Yamhill county. You will have to talk to the OHP "customer service" people to choose a PCP, but you will likely be sent to the Virginia Garcia clinic. I hope for your sake that you are in Washington county.

Michelle W. replied:
Nan Macy hands down love her most amazing woman had her for all three of my koda
Melissa F. replied:
Providence is fantastic. I would shy away from Dr. Johnson he was the only one I had issues with. They like you to see every doctor at least once so when you deliver you will at least be familiar with whoever is on call for delivery.
Melissa F. replied:
I have actually heard lots of good things about Nan Macy as well.
Looking for suggestions on a primary care doctor in Newberg. Preferably someone who is sensitive to patients who don't do well with seeing doctors. Thank you!
