I use Bartlett Cove in Newburyport, family run and they do an awesome job and are very thorough and are happy to give advice, as I'm new to the whole Diva dog thing ( Shish Tzu ) lol we've always had pitbulls.

Wash N' Wags in Salisbury (where I work). We have a very good groomer who's gone to an accredited school, and we don't personally like to use crates (though we have them if needed.)

The owners at Bartletts Cove are super nice! Our dogs don't get groomed since they are both short haired, but we pop in for nail trims and they are always happy to squeeze us in. They do a great job and are very patient with my stubborn pug
