Well stated, Sister Kimberly. The main reason we don't do this is because we have not established and agreed that there are certain things that WE must and can only supply to ourselves. The Muslim and Jews do this via their diet (halal/kosher), for example. Our "culture" is a manufactured one, by our oppressors and it is a culture of dependency and consumerism. We need a cultural revolution for real!

It's not near Newton, really, but The Fishmonger on Huron Ave, next to Formaggio's in my old neighborhood, is very good. Not cheap, but very good.
