Her main gym is Anytime Fitness on Linden Rd. ( close to Saganos ) however, she does travel. Again, I know Katie and I know Elizabeth and they would be a good team.

Anyone know of veteran groups in or around the Brookline area? Someone I know, who's been running free yoga classes for veterans to help manage stress (including PTSD)...

The Newton Mothers' Forum Be Active group is offering yoga classes every Wednesday in October, 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Classes are $10. If you attend the first four classes in October (10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22), then you get the 5 th one free (10/29). Classes are led by NMF member Heather Fitzpatrick at her home studio.
