Dr Mithra Green on Greenwich- he is the ONLY reason Mike (who is a disabled vet ) can walk- he uses a combo of massage therapy (therapist in his office) and Chiropratic therapy. He also takes most insurance.
Dr. David Block in Chesapeake......chiropractor and message.......may be covered by insurance.
Poochie A. replied:
I'm seriously considering seeing one very soon after I consult with my primary care physician. Spoke to my health insurance rep last week and was given several chiropractor recommendations from their list of covered providers---Spine Center of Tidewater, Executive Drive and Bayview Chiropractic, Pembroke Avenue---both in Hampton. My doctor has recommended an orthopaedic specialist and physical therapy if my condition doesn't improve with the meds (but who wants to take meds forever to control the pain or opt for surgery as a last resort--not me!), so I'll discuss this with her. Spoke with several ladies at Curves and they highly recommended a chiropractor since they had great results. Said they are no longer in pain and did it without the recommended surgery of their doctor or long-term medication.
