Sad question, Is there a vet who will come to your house to put down your pet? My 16 year old dog Hunter is entering her last days. Trying to determine what is the best...

We also had her come to our house when we put our almost 15 yr old "Nikki" down. She was very caring and wonderful. I didn't want Nikki's last moments to be at a vet's office. We needed her home. Dr. Ruel also handled the cremation arrangements afterwards. She was a godsend in our time of grief. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Enjoy the moments you have and know Hunter will cross with lots of love.

Did the same with Dr. Ruel, 9 years ago? She was amazing. Our 11 year old great dane passed comfortably in my husbands arms while laying on her couch. I don't remember it to be too expensive. All worth it for my 4 legged family members last moments on earth.
https://www.facebook.com/Villagevethosp/ Jackie is very nice and I'm pretty sure she will come to you!
Sarah L. replied:
My family and I had to put our 16 year old dog down in April and we used North attleboro animal clinic Dr. Kereshi. They came right to my house so my dog could be at home and more comfortable. He and his vet assistant were extremely comforting and caring. I mean even the vet assistant had tears in her eyes along with my family and I. I would recomend him to anyone. As for price it usually goes by the weight of the dog but im not 100% sure

I've been to Dewitt, NA Animal Clinic, Attleboro animal clinic and Abott Valley and wasn't truly happy with any of them Dr Dyer and Dr Cervasio hands down the best most caring and compassionate vets I've ever met. All of the assistances they had were equally professional, caring and remember you and your furry child! Very reasonably proved compared to the other listed above. Here is Dr. Ruel's #508-520-1781. Ask her if she handles aggressive cats. You should try to get a urine sample from your cat if that's possible. Sounds like it might have a uti because of the inappropriate urinating.
Caitlin F. replied:
ACO says call Dr Ruel508-520-1781 Also get her used to eating in a small room, maybe a bathroom so she can be in one room for the vet visit and less stuff to hide in You might want to ask dr ruel about trying benedryl to help calm, this must be ok’d by the vet, we are not telling her to use it Also Dr Granville does house calls 508-223-7680

I know someone who has been feeding cats at Paul Dever on Bay Street for years, there used to be almost 20 I believe and now down to 2 or 3, most likely very feral. Did I read that there is a facility that will trap and catch feral cats (Dartmouth?) and keep them in a fenced in area? This woman would be very interested if there is

You could create a free account for this cat over at http://www.helpinglostpets.com/MA.Lost.Pets. This account will send out an alert that he is missing, and send you an alert if anyone were to report a cat found near that location. You could print out flyers with that account too.
Can someone recommend a local vet that is good, but not to costly? Also, may be interested in a mobile vet to come to us. Thanks.
