We definitely have some great dentists here! I wanted to add why I like Dr. Galloway. He does the cleaning and exam so there is more doctor time there! He also is very good on NOT overtreating, which is very important to me.

MySpine, Justin lee. Does a therapy called ART (active release technique). Located in issaquah near the 24 hr fitness. I've had lower back issues/ surgery and the therapy helped with the sciatic pain.

If you can't find a PC doc right away try Dr Steele at Meadowbrook urgent care. I have occasional issues with my sciatica and he uses this treatment that is The ONLY thing that has ever brought me any relief. Now I've learned to do it at home by lying on my back and squeezing a basketball between my bent knees as hard as I can. It opens the back of the pelvis and relieves pressure from those nerves.
