Does anyone have any recommendations for chiropractic/massage therapy places around town?

I've been to many chiropractors in my time and I absolutely love wickford chiropractic. The office staff is so kind and the doctors are both very good. I've seen both of them personally. I usually see Dr Prenata but I saw Dr. Sayour recently when Dr Prenata was out of town and I really like both. They take their time with you and if you need heat, ice or electrical stim they'll make sure you get them. Plus they're both nice and funny. They also have a massage therapist who works in house.

Masseuse in astoria? Anybody know a good massage parlor in Astoria? I've got a mean knot and I'd rather not go all the way out to flushing.

Chinese Gongfu Tui-Na at Ditmars. Not a fancy place but they make you hurt so good. You can adjust the depth of the massage but their normal is intense. I've never felt so open and relaxed after a massage though.

Golden Hands on 30 th Avenue is great.

I've been very happy with Daniel at [Unlimited Body](http://unlimitedbodyny.com/) (betw Astoria Blvd and Ditmars stops); I don't go to him regularly anymore, but I used to. He's got a lot of coupons out there, if you just poke around. I have an old friend who's a massage therapist, from whom I've learned a lot about the job, and he definitely is no slouch! Knows what's what and really works the kinks out of your muscles, doesn't just make you feel better temporarily.

Oak Point is the best. Cannot recommend them enough if you want more of a spa like environment than a Chinese spot.

Zeel.com is an awesome service. In about an hour, a masseuse shows up at your door with a table. It's super convenient.

Apple Healing and Relaxation is the best. Joan and sometimes hsr husband run the place. Very, very clean, great massages and very reasonable price wise. They so have a punch card (every 5 th 1 hour massage is half off at $23).
ngroot replied:
Side note: "massage therapist" is generally preferred, as "masseuse" has connotations of people who give "happy endings".
