I started Pilates in September after barely being able to walk due to abnormalities with my hip. Beth Lea runs classes Thursdays 6-7 pm at avenue junior school. She is so amazing adapting moves to each individual. I was hugely sceptical as I didn't think Pilates would do much but my goodness my stomach has never felt so toned.

City Academy Norwich have a pay as you go gym open to the public evenings and weekends. You'll have to check on age though, but I believe pupils use it during the day at times so they may allow 12 year olds. I think you'll find most gyms have an age restriction
