After the excellent recommendations on here, http://cleanersnorwich.com/ - County Cleaners - were really excellent. We had an end of lease vacation of property, and there were no issues reported so we should get all of our cash back (as soon as the agents stop dragging their heels). They do do regular cleaning too, we're going to set it up in the next month or so.
