Can anyone suggest a good vet for neutering 2 female ferrets, have been quoted £120 each from mine which seems a bit steep. I live in Feltwell Norfolk.
Pam T. replied:
Terrington veterinary centre in Terrington St Clements. A bit of a hike but well worth the travel time. I can HIGHLY recommend them. If you ae on benefits, Spaywatch do a voucher for ferrets.
For a dog that's just developing arthritis (very mild) vet recommended glucosamine and vet nurse said you move? Any one used either & can recommend? Can you use both?...
Angie A. replied:
we use CSJ No-Ake with great results, have used Yumove and Cortaflex in the past and both are very good. I personally wouldn't use both together as there is already glucosamine in Yumove

Riaflex All mine are on Riaflex! They also sponsor Dave Munnings dogs.
Trailie S. replied:
Not sure but Lintbells would be the people to look up on google as they sell Yumove. I am sure it has glucosamine in it. Once you have decided what to use then shop around for prices. I get Yumove Advanced for dogs at work with arthritis and the best price I found was Animed Direct. They were cheaper than Lintbells trade price!

Ella L. replied:
There's an RSPCA vet in Norwich, I think they *might* help low income families (or I might just be thinking of PDSA). I always found Pets At Home (Longwater) to be fantastic - the vets were brilliant and the prices reasonable, and always happy to give a prescription so you could order meds online cheaper.
