Dr Park Davis, she's a great family Doc and allows the parent to decide their own vaccine schedule, or none at all. She has a natural approach to her practice. (248) 669-5050 She has 2 locations, WB and Novi
Amanda S. replied:
Mine has always given me the option and has never made a fuss when I said no. Her name is Dr.Bodiya and she is out of Novi. The office number is 248 465 4160:) She is a family physician so she sees all of us.

We go to Eastman & Wozniak in Birmingham. They do not require vaccines and are not pushy about it. We did have to sign a waiver saying we refused the vacc. Congrats On your decision not to inject your baby with nasty chemicals and viruses.:)

Dr. Nicoloff in Novi is a natural family doc. that many people love. He is VERY natural meaning that he really doesn't care for pharmaceuticals very much (at least that I've found). He is worth a look. Also Dr. Zaid in Novi I'be been told is more natural. He is also a family doc. http://www.infinityprimarycare.com/Physicians/PhysicianDetail/tabid/65/Default.aspx?DoctorID=5

We live in Dundee and love love Dr Michelle Daill! She is amazing and so is her practitioner Deb! It's called Dundee Pediatrics.
Sandee H. replied:
Dr Hammer is really great. She helped us with breastfeeding when my supply dropped and my son was FTT. Our normal doctor isn't a ped, but she's AWESOME...Dr Cohen at Briarwood Family Practice. She's an integrative doctor, so they look at the whole body affect. She's "prescribed" homeopathic remedies and has been amazingly supportive of us wanting to stay natural as we went thru the FTT-business. Dr Locke in the same practice is also fantastic. Really, everyone we've seen in that practice other than Dr Daut has been wonderful
Nicole R. replied:
Ann Arbor. Love Dr Kaufman.
Ken B. replied:
Dr. Daill in Dundee is great. Dundee is very convenient to Milan.
Toni A. replied:
A third here for Michelle at IHA Arbor Park. She always have me the best encouragement for breastfeeding. She actually told me not to wean at 18 months because cold and flu season was coming up and praised me at 2 years for still sticking with it. As far as their peds we like Dr. Frei and Dr. Brenner, but haven't seen them all because we just make the well child appointments with Michelle. It has also always been easy for us to get appointments which I know isn't true with some practices.
Ken B. replied:
They now have one MD and two Nurse Practitioners. We have used them for over four years and never had a significant wait.
Nichole P. replied:
I go to IHA Arbor Park. I really like Michelle Hicks (one of the nurse practitioners) and Dr Frei.
Tiffany A. replied:
Dr. Singh is in Saline and is AWESOME!!! He's Indian and loves natural remedies and such, but also knows when to call in the big guns! He lets the parents be parents, encourages extended breastfeeding, babywearing, co-sleeping (unofficially, so he doesn't get in trouble, but he displays equal amounts of evidence for the pros and cons of both), isn't afraid of slow or no vaccines and ALWAYS Has same day sick visits. He won't send you to the ER unless he really thinks it's necessary...

Thanks Em. I second the suggestion for Michelle Hicks at IHA Arbor Park (near St Joe hospital). She is down right fabulous. She has respected every decision we've made (delayed vacs, no flu shot, extended BF, baby led weaning, etc). My guy had a nasty ear infection recently and she even gave me her personal cell number and said to call anytime. I've never felt like I needed a doctors second opinion just because she's a CPNP. She also runs very on schedule and spends a lot more time with you than the average dr. Good luck and welcome to the area!
Crystal W. replied:
We love Dr Turke at Turke and Thomashow pediatrics. It's a small office but I'm always able to be seen same day for a sick visit. They are at Stadium and Pauline.
