You're going to get a million recommendations. We went with Total Comfort Heating and Air. They were great as far as customer service. We didn't have them do anything to the unit since Joe & Karen's unit is under warranty with another company, but if we need anyone for ours, we'll be calling them.

For 20 years we have had a contract with City Heating and Air. Twice a year they come for check up and maintenance, we get high priority if the system breaks down and discounts on parts. I have never had a problem with them!

My grandparents had some work done on their car on the way out of town at Rivers Total Car Care. They said it was incredible, a great deal, and that the guys in the office fed them (real food - like pot roast or something) when the repairs took longer than expected. I'm sure that's not typical, but just shows they care about more than just getting your business.
