James Givens is excellent in HVAC and very fair...if you don't like his one time post then you have a choice to take ur chances with whoever...good luck.....he has had dogs attack him, I know as Alex works with him. Maybe it was made to jerk one person around.. Oh and James is far from ignorant.

That's false because all the reviews were about his "one time" discounts. Also, Shelley, I saw your comments on his page about how people aren't acting very "Christian". I actually had to double take at that comment and laugh since I know you outside of Facebook. Also, I just got done reading every single review. None of them posted lies, their is a even mixture of good reviews and reviews about his pit bull joke. So I think you should go re read somethings. Tbh, I hope the news does get involved. Everyone should use their right to stay informed about anything in their community. Including unprofessional business owners. You can sit their all day and defend him, and say it was a joke, and whatever their is you feel the need to say for him but at the end of the day NO professional business owner acts like this. At least I can't think of any.
