You can also see if any of the local colleges has any student groups that offer free math tutoring. Either math dept or engineering dept sometimes do. I know because when I was in school, I was part of SHPE (pronounced SHIP), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and we had a community outreach program where members went out and tutored for free at the local schools.
