Gross Dial and Halverson. Gross and Halverson are actors on the side so they have great bedside manner. Mary Dial is matter of fact but sincere cheery and kind. I also had appointments with their FNP Mary Nelson, the epitome of compassion, though I'm not sure if she's still there.

Doug Nelson in that office is great, if you prefer a male doctor cuz you're a male. He works a lot of hours at the ER, too, and is a GREAT diagnostician, as well as a really great guy.

For some reason the Blue Cross one is not being accepted at many places. We have Blue Shield through Covered California and that seems ok. Haven't checked with any of the Ojai drs yet though.

Funny just called Valley Oaks to see if Dr Douglas Nelson accepted Blue Shield Covered Ca…they only take Blue Cross Covered CA! So Maureen maybe give them a call? On another thread Dr. Nelson got rave reviews.
