Omega Cellular sells a plan that uses Verizon's network. $55 a month, no contract, unlimited minutes/text with 3GB of data. For $10 more you get 5GB. Last time I checked he was charging $60 to unlock an iPhone.

Sprint doesn't get coverage in Oak View or near the area of Community Memorial Hospital or the Government Center from my experience. We just switched to verizon for better coverage.:/
