Dermatology Specialists of KC on Carondelet Dr. Dr. Ronald Higgins was excellent. Also recommend Dr. Colton Bartles of the Healing Arts Ctr. Lenexa (accupuncture etc).
Lisa J. replied:
Dr. J.C. Hall was my dermatologist in Kansas City. Very compassionate man. Once cried with me when I went to see him with lupus lesions all over my body and on roof of my mouth. Did not hesitate to recommend my seeing a colleague of his in San Francisco for a second opinion. Trouble is, I can't remember if he was at University of Kansas or St. Luke's. And he could be retired by now.
Angela F. replied:
Dr. Kroh is also with JoCo Dermatology and she is super.
Nicole N. replied:
Dr, Kuhn in Olathe is an awesome podiatrist. He's hilarious and super nice, I've had to go see him a couple times!
Anyone know of a good dermatologist in Olathe area??
Kathleen S. replied:
Dr. Jan-Marie Kroh near Olathe Medical Center or Dr. Tauscher as Michele recommended. They are in the same office. www.jocoderm.com
Michele S. replied:
Dr. Tauscher of Jo Co Derm. My mom had melanoma and she cares for my mom. Very thorough!
Angela W. replied:
Dr. Kaplan is actually in Overland Park, Roe and 435. Amy and I have gone to him since we were very young. He is brilliant. Also excellent to interact with, and his physician's assistant Linley Stephens is also phenomenal. I almost wish I had more reasons to visit because she is so pleasant to talk to and is also seriously brilliant.
Angie B. replied:
We've been to Amanda Tauscher, as well, Amber. She's great!
Martha W. replied:
Angela Schleper Wong, I wish I had more reasons to visit Dr. Kaplan too. I just saw him last week. Agree with everything you said. I cannot believe how long he has been in the industry - he doesn't look like he has aged at all since I saw him a few years ago!
Angela W. replied:
Amy Schleper can also testify about his attentiveness to details that ended up leading to a critical discovery and a referral for another issue. Martha Walters I didn't realize you go to him!

I see Jennifer Davison at Dr Kaplans office. She's easier to get in with. I've been seeing her for a few years now and my sister does too. We both love her!
