Leawood Pediatrics! Dr Aundria Speropolous. She's been with my kids since the day they were born and I trust her completely! They have Saturday, walkin hours and some evening hours too! She's got 4 you kids of her own too including twin boys. She ve ry practical and doesn't waste your time on bogus remedies. Most importantly my kids adore her and her nurse, Amanda. 913-825-3627. We've had our pediatrician since Sam was born... We LOVE her! Dr. Claire White, Pediatric Care Specialists, 913.906.0900. Her office is at St. Luke's South and she has admitting rights at Children's Mercy Hospital, too. Highly recommend...

I was going to say Leawood Pediatrics... Dr Speropolous is amazing (they are all good) but I especially liked her when my babies were babies! She knows her stuff. I don't go there anymore, just because of the distance and we don't have to go very often at all. But for a brand new baby & mommy! She is the best!! Good luck, nice planning ahead

We have gone to Pediatric Partners since my oldest was born and LOVE Dr. Mellick! They had (don't know if they still do) a meet and greet once a month I think where you can go learn more about their office. We like the NPs also which is who you will likely see on the fly. Dr. Ratliff is great also, a sorority sister of mine but she came after we had already started with Mellick. My girls love her!

Dr. Gillespie at associates of internal medicine and pediatrics. It's in olathe med and they see patients from birth to death. I love her! She's my daughter's pediatrician

We use Pediatric Associates, Dr. Vu. There are five doctors in the practice total and I have always been able to get an appointment same day if you needed. They are all fantastic but I love Dr. Vu! Next to the great mall across from the pavilion. (913) 782-2525

I would not do Gardner family care for a pediatrician he miss disgnoses. Dr Carlos Monzon doesn't take New patients. We switch to Dr. Vu st pediatric associated of olathe across from the great mall. I am happy we switched she seems to care a lot more than todd Morrison

Dr. Eileen Vu at pediatric associates (next to the great mall). There are 5-6 doctors there and all we have met are nice but I know she's fantastic!

I've only seen Monzon once and wasn't one of his regulars so I felt rushed, but I know that's not his normal deal, so I don't hold that against him. I DO love all the other doctors I've seen in that office. Grimaldi did my infant care (and was great), but I'd take any new infants I had to Vu or Baker in the same office. They're a good group at that practice. Dr Vu is my favorite. Very good at explaining things to the parents as well as to the kids once you get to that point.

Well everyone has their own opinion about Dr.'s for their children. Dr.Deroo has helped us with our child and always been up front with us. So, as for Andrea Kay Andrea Kay Casaert, you can make your own opinion when you find a dr for your child.

Love all the drs at Preferred Pediatrics. Dr Hettinger and Dr Voelker are super sweet as is Dr Miller and Dr Shanker. They're just west of the Great Mall off 151 st.

I really love the nurse practitioner at Gardner family care...Angela Rupp-Katzer. She has days she does appointments and days that she has walk in.

Dr. Punswick at Gardner Family Care. He is a great guy, awesome with kiddos.

We had really bad experiences with 2 Dr's at Preferred Pediatrics. Switched our whole family to Dr. Punswick and couldn't be happier. Sometimes I feel like he likes my kids more than I do.

Another vote here for Pediatric Associates in Olathe, right by Olathe Med. We've seen Drs. Grimaldi and Baker, both of whom are great doctors... and currently we see Dr. Vu...she's fantastic. I love the time she takes to explain to my very inquisitiv e 6 year old exactly what she's doing and why. When she needed to check his groin area in a routine check up and explained to him that the only time it was ok for someone to touch him there or look there was when they were a doctor and mom was in the room too, she won my business for as long as we need a pediatric doc. He loves going to see Dr. Vu...which sounds weird, but it's true.:)

Dr. Greenwood is also who I would recommend. I live here now and have the last two years but will be returning to NE in two weeks. Feel free to PM if you want recommendations on areas to live and things to do.

I moved from there 4 years ago. We used Dr. John Greenwood in Olathe. I lived downtown, and let me tell you, after 3 complete duds, it was worth the drive! It looks like he's changed practices, but same guy. He's a family doc, not a ped, but he's sooo good with kids. He co-slept, wife breastfed, the whole shebang. Didn't pressure vaccinations. Chiro recommendations: Dr Amanda Hickman is in north KC and Dr Alyssa Zonarich in Overland Park. I know both personally and professionally and are amazing! I've also heard great things about Dr Greenwood.

Dr. Martha Barnard with KU Pediatrics. Office is in Prairie Village. The BEST you will ever find! Part of KU faculty, highly respected amongst any pediatrician or pediatrics professional that went through KU Med School. Asked to speak across the country. Helped me and my family when we went through the loss of my dad twenty years ago. 913-588-1227. LOVE her!!

We love ours, same one since Liam was born. Hannah Harris at Pediatric Care Specialist in Overland Park. She is awesome, very kind, remembers tons of details about the boys even tho we only see her once a year since we haven't gone in for a sick appt yet lol, and not pushy or anything like that

T- we also go to Pediatric Care Specialists- most are CMH trained and I was working when Jason Wichman was a resident, was impressed and that's why we chose that office. Hannah is great, Stacy, the other NP, used to work at CMH under my current boss. Megan Loeb is another one I adored. Julie Longly at... Ugh. Forgot but you can google her- was a hospitalist I worked with for about 7 years. Lance Slaymaker managed patients inpatient back when that was still policy and he was great, several folks have asked for recommendations and gone to him. There are a few that if you were to give me names I can personally message you to share opinions. **I'm speaking all these names through experience and not through my association w CMH and are my own words.

We also go to Pediatric Care Specialists in OP. We have Dr Janice Martin who was referred to me by my Aunt when i was pregnant with Jake. Dr White saw jake in the hospital for his first newborn. I have not had any issues with them and i think have seen every dr for jake and addie in the last 5+ yrs.

We go to Pediatric Professional Association. I LOVE their group. I love Jay's doc, Dr. Flint. She is quick, good with him and detailed on information.

Village pediatrics- Dr. Lance Slaymaker has taken care of both of our kids and is amazing with them. The nursing staff is younger and the kids love them all.

We know and love Dr Burns at pure health too. He has been seeing our family for a couple years now. We also see dr Christine White at JOCO Pediatrics, but always hard to get into unless uve scheduled ur routine check up. The great thing about Pure health is that they have walk in and everyone there is great. Trust me, we've seen them all.

When we lived there we went to David Yu at Heartland Pediatrics. They had two offices--one near Legends an other I think at 95 th and K7. Highly recommend him!

Ann Page Wagar and Holly we do the alternate vaccination schedule so that will play a role in our decision as well. Ann I will probably take you up on running a name or two by you, thanks so much!

I'm late to the party, but let me STRONGLY recommend Dr. Lance Miller at Preferred Pediatrics in Overland Park. He is perhaps the kindest man I have ever met, and he puts both of my kids (and my nervous self) instantly at ease. He's been such an encouragement to me.

We love Dr. Stuppy at Pediatric Partners at 69 hwy and 135 th.

I don't know any daycare providers but Dr. Andrews at Shawnee Mission Pediatrics is awesome and who we plan to use.

Pediatric associates of Olathe (across from Olathe med) is great. I've heard great things about all the doctors there. Our little boy is 2 weeks old & is seeing doctor Grimaldi. She has been awesome!

Callie sees Dr. Allison Hettinger at Preferred Pediatrics. We absolutely love her. Their Olathe office is right across from Olathe Med.

We LOVE Dr. Schloegel at Pediatric Care Specialists. He's next to St. Luke's South though, not in Olathe. Only a 15 minute drive, but we have gone to him since Reagan was born. There are several doctors there and we just really appreciate his common sense and how he spends quality time with the girls. Not an in the door & how quickly can I get back out type of doctor.:-)

A friend of mine will be at the Pedatric Partners in Overland Park (133 rd and Metcalf) starting in September. His name is Peter Carter - I've known him since middle school - we went to church together growing up. Fantastic guy.

Dr Deroo's office is good it in Olathe at k10 and college. I like both Deroo and Nitsche sp? Plus the have a great walk in clinic. It's college point medical clinic

My friend recommended Dr. Cassandra McKarnin to me before Kenadie was born. I set up a visit with her just to meet and ask her questions. We haven't gone anywhere since. She loves Jesus and people. Perfect combo and she is amazing!

Dr. Marion Spence Pierson is my choice. She's at Village Pediatrics. In its simplest form, a pediatrician only treats children (up to 18 or 21). A family practitioner treats from cradle to grave.

We love, love, love our Pediatrician!! Dr. Delsie Filardi at Pediatric Professional Association..435 & Quivira. The kids have had her for 7 years, and they both love her; she's soooo personable as well.

I love CMH. My pediatrician is at Shawnee Mission Pediatrics. I love all the staff, docs, and nurses.

Mandy Gramkow I think that all of the specialists work at all of the branches of CMH, as we are seeing the ENT at Independence location after seeing her at downtown twice, and they asked our location preference so guessing she serves at all 3 locations). I really like her...she is VERY supportive of mothers intuition! Dr. Latz is her name.

Pediatric Associates here as well. Have been seeing Dr. Tara Grimaldi for over 5 years. Have seen others when she isn't there as well for other things & love the office. They even checked up to see how a visit at a referral went.
