I don't know anything about this place, but it is not too far away. It is near Rocky Mt, NC. About an hour and half southwest of Elizabeth City. They have a bulletin board where you can post pictures of your cats for adoption and they may have fosters that will take postive kitties. Did he test a strong positive and is there a chance that once the mothers immunity wears off he will test negative?
