I had the same issue and went to Dr Brynn Stainsby at Village Chiropractic. She's amazing and reasonable pay as you need to go.

Perhaps chiro isn't working because the issue requires physiotherapy... In that note I see Bruce at Physio Plus on Dawson Rd. He's amazing

I'd suggest a physiotherapist, they can help with all aspects of the issue, not just the chiropractic end. Eramosa Physiotherapy on Broadway, down near Angels, is GREAT!

My husband has gone to a couple. One was more "sales-driven", wanting to sell all of the services and a plethora of unnecessary products at their clinic. The second one he has now is fantastic and has been very effective. Warning: He's a "tell you how it is" type of chiropractor so you have to be okay with that. He has given my husband amazing advice on how to incorporate good habits to everyday. My husband was a nationally ranked wrestler back in the day and he's had tonnes of injuries. The amount of continual research and seminars that Dr. Ahokas goes to is amazing and is one of the reason I continue to see him. The initial visit includes a history, physical examination, report of findings and a treatment unless further testing or imaging is required. Dr. Joy McNichol at Headwaters Physiotherapy! She is awesome!! She does lots of ART (active release technique) which is 100% muscle. She will not adjust (pop or crack) if you are not comfortable with it. And in addition to ART, she is also an Acupuncturist, and has many other "tools in her belt." As an RMT, I highly recommend her, and refer many patients to her with great results! 519.942.8884!
