Dr Murphy looked after both my preemies....issues with kidneys, seizures and allergies and he was wonderful.

We've been seeing Dr. Oyefeso for 4 months now. He really listens to any concerns you have and is willing to try different methods. He takes his time, and I've never felt rushed, or like I asked a dumb question. We are always brought right in when we have an appointment. I've never waited. We did meet dr. Murphy in hospital and he seemed nice and thorough as well! Never had an appointment with him at his office though.

Dr Murphy misdiagnosed my daughter's autoimmune disease which if left undiagnosed would have led to potentially life-threatening consequences. Now we see a pediatrician in Mississauga

Dr. Murphy didn't listen to my concerns, I finally saw another pediatrician in Brampton Who listened to me & than she diagnosed her with RSV which is what I believed my daughter had If I hadn't gotten another opinion it could have been very serious & I was told probably fatal

Dr O really talked TO my son instead of only to me. My son (8) has emotional eating issues, nightmares and he sleep walks. They fit us in super quick, and never made me feel like I asked any stupid questions. He talked with my son for over 30 mins and told us to call about any issues we might have. He's a great Dr!

I love Dr Murphy for physical reasons he can see and treat. When it comes to mental or cognitive, I recommend you continue looking.

I was sent to Dr Murphy as well for a diagnosis and follow up with medication as well. I think he's good and follows up on medication and which is the best suited for your child as all children have different results

Dr Murphy is an extremely skilled, experienced, thorough, and committed physician who also, most importantly *listens to a mother's intuition.* I can tell you that our 5 year old son would not be alive if it wasn't for Dr Murphy. The ER Dr was going to send us home saying everything was fine with our 8 day old baby, but when I insisted to see Dr Murphy, he knew in less than 5 minutes that something was terribly wrong with our baby. If God had not placed Dr Murphy in the ER at that time (a time he normally doesn't even work the ER - he just happened to be working later than normal) then our son would have died from heart failure. Of course, every Dr makes mistakes. We're all human and we all have our good days and bad days. But most people I know are pleased with Dr Murphy's level of expertise and I trust his judgements 100%.

Dr. Murphy with each of my children wanted to send them home from the ER My son when he was dehydrated from the flu, he was 6 months old & my daughter at 4 months old her pulse ox was 72 Both times I refused to leave with them..if I had taken them home I am pretty sure they wouldn't be here

Dr Murphy is great! Saw him for various things for four out of six of my children, Very thorough!

Dr Murphy has been my daughters dr since her bought with RSV.. He is a great guy, super great with kids but I had to leave his office twice due to him being an hour behind..

There are two paediatricians in Orangeville, both males. My son has seen Dr Oyefeso twice and he's lovely. Thorough and very knowledgeable.

Dr Murphy is the other one in orangeville, my daughter use to see him he is very good

Yep my GP is going to give me the referral. Seeing a paediatrician was his suggestion. My daughter is 12. Not a baby. As my GP he feels more thorough investigations need to be done by a paediatric Doctor. I need to start somewhere. I feel the issues she's having are more "adult" in nature but because she's 12 I have to start with a paediatric Doctor. I have heard great things about Dr Murphy. Just not sure a man is the best choice. Hmmm

Dr.Palad is the on call peads Dr when the other two are off, but I'm not to sure if she can be referred to as a peads Dr as she is a family Dr

Dr. Murphy really does his best to make his patients comfortable. He's such a great doctor he talked to both me and my parents rather than just my parents and helped me understand what was happening, great doctor

Dr Doyle in Hamilton is amazing, I really like Dr. Murphy here in orangeville he's done wonders for my son who is also ADHD

Teena Most pediatricians will not diagnosis adhd till around the age of 5-6 school age

Dr. Rayar in Brampton was great with both my boys for ADHD... We are now seeing Dr. Oyefeso here in town as my son is older now and he has been great with my teenager... I had terrible experiences with Dr. Murphy and wouldn't ask his advice on an over the counter allergy medication

It can be hit or miss....it's like asking what's the best car. We had two negative experiences with Dr Murphy. I found it better to just get a referral from your family doctor for a specialist, rather than deal with a ped. who usually just refers to a specialist anyway.

I really liked Dr. Murphy. He oversaw care of my first son when he had RSV at 21 days old and was hospitalized.

There are only 2 paediatricians in Orangeville. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Oyefeso. I work with both and both are excellent. They both have amazing bedside manners and both have very calming voices which relaxes the kids. Whichever you decide to go with will be excellent.

I have dealt with Dr. Murphy for 10 years. Nothing but good things to say about him.

Dr. Oyefeso doesn't do imunizations and Dr. Murphy doest except new patients so good luck!!!!

I believe you need to be referred to either one. I deal with Dr Murphy and have also seen him in action after a birth when he was called in quickly. He is great ☺

Both paediatricians here in town, Dr Murphy & Dr Oyefeso, are great as I have used both with me kids needs over the years. Both are by referral from a family doctor or an ER doctor as they are considered specialists. Dr Murphy was the doctor that diagnosed my son with Aspberger's syndrome (high functioning Autisim) & Dr Oyefeso treated my son in the hospital for his dehydration/electrolyte issues from a bad bout of the flu. Both are awesome.

And if you're seeking ASD diagnosis, I'd go to Dr Kao in Brampton

There is also Dr Oyefeso. In the same medical building as Dr Murphy. Both pediatricians require a referral, and don't generally deal with "regular checkups", only special medical needs. Both are great doctors tho:)

Dr. Murphy is great, he's right on Elizabeth St. You need a referral from the family doctor to see him.

Dr Murphy took great care of our newborn when we had to take her to the ER and in the days afterwards.

We've had great experiences with Dr Murphy. His office is outdated, but he is super cool!

Dr Murphy was great when we were worried about Kody's development, he was very thorough and sent us for complete genetic testing

Yep, in town. He is from the States, his last name is super hard to pronounce, but he is a really great guy. He seen Myles when Dr. Murphy was on vacation.

This is great to know! We have only ever been to Dr Sur. (Initial allergy testing at 1 yr old and follow up 2 years later). Although I found her quite friendly, on our last visit there was a lot more blood than the initial visit. Also, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the office. Hope you got to the bottom of your son's reoccurring hive issue:)

My son saw Dr. Grad in Etobicoke. He is also a pediatrician. He was very good with my son and so were his nurses!

Both paeds in Orangeville are by referral only. That being said, my son has seen Dr Oyefeso and he's fantastic. A very lovely doctor with excellent bedside manner.

Yes you need a referral from your doctor. My son sees Dr Murphy. He is great with the kids. He has been seeing us for almost 4 years now and I trust his word completely.
