Summer Carson is their a way you can talk to your worker to see if your co-paymeent can be reduced? Or you can work something out with the provider to help out (buy food, clean etc..) to help reduce your Co pay... yes it is legal I talked to the state & they are the ones who said it! If they won't work with you try to figure something g out as far as a payment plan, do not just take your child & go cuz you can lose your benefits for that. I take DHS pay but don't work the weekends, open from 6 am-5:45 pm can stay later if arrangements are made.
